The Casa Perini winery is a family-owned and operated company that aims to produce excellent juices, wines and sparkling wines. To achieve this goal, the investments in structure and technology are constant, as well as investments in technical and human resources. The winery was pioneer in the development of a complete traceability system, which starts in the vineyard and follows up to the bottled product, ensuring the origin of each bottle's content that arrives to the glasses of those who appreciate it. The Cooperativa Nova Aliança unites the strength, the experience and the solidity of five traditional Winery Cooperatives from Serra Gaúcha, sharing a background of more than 80 years of history. We are a cooperative of small family farmers. Currently, we gather 700 families in three grape farming regions in Rio Grande do Sul. The search for novelty is a part of Cooperativa Nova Aliança’s daily routine. Always attentive to the market’s demands while maintaining its principles of cooperation, sustainable development and innovation, the cooperative has modernized its infrastructure with strong investm`ents in technology and towards accordance to the strict criteria demanded in production processes. The Cooperative has one of the biggest and most modern whole grape juice industrial plants in Latin America.
