广东（云浮）万洋众创城

万洋集团是一家制造业集聚平台运营商和中小企业集群服务商，万洋众创城是万洋集团专为中小企业集群服务，按照“产业集聚、产城融合、资源共享、产融互动”模式运营的制造业集聚平台。广东（云浮）万洋众创城项目选址云城区腰古镇内，计划总投资70亿元，计划总用地1500亩。项目开发共两期，其中一期规划380亩，总建筑面积约200万平方米，预计可容纳400家企业，年产值约80亿，年创税收5亿元，提供就业岗位近3万个。 项目重点引进金属制品、设备制造、汽车零配件、五金塑料等主导产业，规划建设集“制造研发、电子商务、仓储物流、生产生活配套、金融服务和智慧园区”管理为一体的新型制造业集聚平台。 Wanyang Group is a manufacturing cluster platform operator and SME cluster service provider. Guangdong (Yunfu) Wanyang Maker City Project is located in Yaogu Town, Yuncheng District, with a total planned investment of 7 billion yuan and a total planned land area of 1500 mu. There are two phases of the project development. The first phase is planned to be 380 mu, with a total construction area of about 2 million square meters. It is expected to accommodate 400 enterprises, with an annual output value of about 8 billion yuan, an annual tax revenue of 500 million yuan, and nearly 30000 jobs. The project focuses on introducing leading industries such as metal products, equipment manufacturing, auto parts, hardware and plastics, and plans to build a new manufacturing cluster platform integrating the management of "manufacturing research and development, e-commerce, warehousing and logistics, production and living facilities, financial services and smart parks".
