The French furniture Export Group acts as an expert structure within the “Ameublement Français” professional organization. It aims at helping French furniture industry firms to foster their business abroad. In June 2020, the original e-shop was launched on Tmall platform under a French umbrella brand named 法 享 家. Initially created with 4 renowned French brands Gami, Galipette, Temahome and Fermob, the online shop is intended to expand with other French famous brands. 法 享 家 brand is a symbol of the French art of living, know-how and quality. It conveys the unique French lifestyle. It evokes the home, the family, comfort and well-being provided by the furniture. An additional tagline把法国带回家 makes it easier to stand out on Chinese-specific search engines and social networks. Indeed, the e-boutique is part of the omnichannel strategy developed by the French furniture in the continuity of its development on Chinese social medias as well as physical retail stores and professional exhibitions. September 2020 will be marked by the first appearance of 法 享 家 at the Furniture China Exhibition Shanghai. The four brands will display their exclusive products dedicated to the e-boutique. Beyond the launch of the e-shop on Tmall under the collective umbrella brand, the initiative is a whole omnichannel journey structured for all French brands selling on the Chinese market. It is also the setting-up of a relevant network of logistics partners, including the assembly of the furniture pieces at the customers premises. All the required devices are brought together to allow French furniture manufacturers to speed up their business on the 1rst world market in terms of furniture consumption.
