本公司研发的膏体、流体&半流体真空热封包装机DXD-600L，主要运用于高粘体，如莲蓉、豆沙、水果馅、沙拉酱、鱼肉馅或液体酱油、水、花生油以及固液混合如椰果、水果粒、寒天等的全自动包装，包括灌装，成袋，计量，封口4个工作步骤。包装出的成品袋，不仅便于储存，更能节省运输、包装，人工等成本。可以配套馅料蒸煮锅、馅料提升机、冷却式输送水槽、蒸汽式灭菌线以及整形吹干机等形成一条完整的生产包装线。该款机器可以包装的最大重量为10KG。我司在原来DXD-600L的基础上，现又研发出了单边斜角包及双边斜角包装袋的包装形式以及专门针对于1公斤以下产品的快速包装机，广泛应用于沙拉酱，果酱等其他行业的产品包装。本公司产品已销往全国各省、市、自治区，并出口到墨西哥，泰国，巴西，迪拜，台湾，马来西亚，新加坡等其他国家。

Guangzhou Lailong Packing Machinery Manufacture Co. Ltd. established in 2002 and specializes in automatic packing machines for different forms of materials, such as Grain, Liquid and Powder. Lailong could manufacture the machines according the customers’ requests, like the size of the package, the way to pack the package, choosing right cutting knife, etc.  Lailong’s products are commonly used to pack the products in the food, medicine and cosmetic, etc. industries.

DXD-600L was designed to automatically pack paste like fruit paste, sweetened bean paste, salad dressing, soy sauce, water, and oil etc. under high temperature conditions. This process includes filling, forming, measuring and sealing. DXD-600L can be used together with Paste cooking pot, hoist, Water cooling& transferring flume, Steaming sterilization line and Air drying & shaping machine to be a complete production and packing line. Based on first generation of DXD-600L, Lailong has invented one-side bevel sealing and two-side bevel sealing ways to pack salad dressing, fruit jam and other products. Lailong’s products have been sold to over 20 provinces in China mainland and also been exported to HongKong, Taiwan, Mexico, Thailand, Brazil, Singapore, Dubai, Malaysia and so on.
