世茂喜达酒店集团Shimao Star Hotels Group

世茂喜达酒店集团（以下简称“世茂喜达”），是中国领先房地产界企业世茂集团与国际顶尖房地产私募基金喜达屋资本集团强强联手打造的合资公司。自2017年成立至今，已拥有6个不同市场定位的自主酒店品牌，包括御榕庄、茂御、世御、茂御居、睿选尚品和睿选，实现了从高端全服务到中端精选服务、从城市商务酒店到特色度假酒店以及公寓产品的全系列品牌阵容。

目前，世茂喜达已运营并筹开55家酒店，未来将深入一二线城市为主的经济和旅游发展强劲地区，进行酒店、品牌运营和资产管理，计划4年内拓展100家酒店，以布局新一代中高端酒店市场，发展成为国际化的酒店集团。

Shimao Star Hotels Group, is a new hotel joint venture set up by Shimao Group, a leading Chinese property developer and operator, and Starwood Capital Group, a leading global private investment firm. Since its establishment from 2017, Shimao Star Hotels Group has owned a diversified  hotel portfolio including the MiniMax, MiniMax Premier and Yu collection, which encompass the Yu Resort, Yuluxe Hotel, Yu Hotel and Yu Residence, ranging from full-service hotel brands to select service hotel brands, business hotels, resort hotels to apartment products.

Shimao Star Hotels Group now owns 55 hotels and will focus on hotel development, branding and asset management in the first and second-tier cities with strong economy and tourism in the future. It plans to open 100 hotels in 4 years to optimize the middle and high-end hotel market landscape and develop into an international hotel group.
