杭州洛基机械制造有限公司系中外合资企业，主要生产小吊机，液压绞盘，手动绞盘和电动绞盘及车船用附件等系列机械产品。本公司产品主要销往欧美大洋洲等发达国家，年销售额1000万美元以上。公司座落在杭州郊外富春江中的东洲岛上，占地面积达到16000平方米，建筑面积超过20490平方米。     公司于2007年通过了TS16949/ISO9000质量管理体系认证。并通过欧洲CE安全标准和通过抗电子干扰测试。     公司有金工模具车间、产品装配车间、仓库、行政办公楼、职工宿舍和职工食堂等。设备力量雄厚，拥有各类加工设备，包括多台进口加工中心、线切割机、16T-800T多台冲压机、车铣刨磨俱全、机器人高精度焊机等。同时也有相配的各类高精度检测仪器和设备。     公司现有员工150人，其中大专及以上学历占员工总数的35%，助理工程师及以上职称的21人；其中高工3人。 Hangzhou Rock Machinery Manufacture Co.Ltd. is an export-oriented company specializing in manufacturing full range of both Hand Winch and Electric Winch. It was established in 2001. It is located on the isle in Fuchun River in the outskirt of Hangzhou, China. It takes a land area of 16000 m² (Square meter)and has 20490 m²(Square meter)  building. It's winches have reached CE standard and passed EMC approval. Our factory has passed the assessment of Quality system Standard, ISO 9001:2000 and TS16949. North America, Europe and Australia are our main market. As a specialized Winch manufacturer, it aims to make top quality winches for international market through cooperation with top quality companies in the field and to become a leading winch manufacturer both in China and in the world.
