Finca's coffee comes from one of the best coffee regions in the world. Jinotega is located in the northern district of Nicaragua, 1200 meters above sea level. Finca estate dedicated three full years to amend its soil to be suitable for organic cultivation. Finca insists on 100% hand-picking the harvest to ensure only the best, matured berries are selected. Our team at Finca not only focuses on farming these fine quality berries, but we are constantly researching and enhancing the methods involved in treating the berries to produce the most flavorful coffee bean.
